Refund Policy

3-day money-back guarantee

First-time customers may request a full refund within 3 days of their first purchase, for any reason. To request a refund, email [email protected] from the email address on the account. Refunds are processed via Paddle within 5 business days.

The guarantee applies only to the first purchase on an account. Subsequent purchases follow our standard refund policy below.

At NinjaProxy, we aim to deliver reliable, high-performance proxy services—no excuses, no hidden fine print. That said, here's how our refund policy works:

New Orders

Refunds may be requested within 3 calendar days of purchase. To be eligible, both of the following must apply:

  • A verified technical issue on NinjaProxy's side (e.g. service unavailability or connection failure), and
  • You've used less than 500MB of data during that period.

If you meet these conditions, we'll issue a refund within 24 hours of approval. Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 30 days to appear on your statement.

Renewals

Refunds are not issued for renewal payments. You must cancel your subscription at least 48 hours before the next billing date to avoid being charged.

Billing Disputes

All billing disputes must be reported within 30 days of the transaction. Disputing a valid charge may result in a $50–$150 administrative fee.
