Refund Policy
At NinjaProxy, we aim to deliver reliable, high-performance proxy services—no excuses, no hidden fine print. That said, here’s how our refund policy works:
New Orders
Refunds may be requested within 3 calendar days of purchase. To be eligible, one of the following must apply:
- A verified technical issue on NinjaProxy’s side (e.g. service unavailability or connection failure), and
- You’ve used less than 500MB of data during that period
If you meet these conditions, we’ll issue a refund within 24 hours of approval. Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 30 days to appear on your statement.
Renewals
Refunds are not issued for renewal payments. You must cancel your subscription at least 48 hours before the next billing date to avoid being charged.
All billing disputes must be reported within 30 days of the transaction. Disputing a valid charge may result in a $50–$150 administrative fee.
